The role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations, while fostering a culture of quality across manufacturing operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor business processes to ensure compliance with procedures and quality protocols /li liCollaborate in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and data sheets /li liAnalyze customer quality data and satisfaction indicators /li liEvaluate and qualify external suppliers against quality requirements /li liSupport reporting on Quality Management System performance and KPIs /li liDeliver quality-related training to site personnel /li liComply with HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and energy policies /li liEnsure correct waste segregation and disposal /li liReport hazardous situations, near misses, and audit-related HSE non-conformities /li liProvide the HSE office with safety data sheets and updates for chemicals used /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation: Degree in food science and technology. /li liProfessional Skills: Knowledge of food technology, in particular BRC, IFS or similar quality standards; knowledge of current food industry legislation; ability to use the main analysis tools in the food analysis laboratory; knowledge of production processes in an industrial context; knowledge of the main HSE rules. /li liExperience:



2+ years of experience in the role within food manufacturing sector. /li liLanguage Skills: Proficient English Italian is mandatory. /li liComputer Skills: MS Office. /li liBehavioral Requirements: Excellent analytical skills; preparation for the autonomous management and organization of work; good communication and relationship skills; analytical and time optimization capabilities; ability to work in a dynamic context. /li /ul h3Details /h3 ul liLocation: Vergiate (VA). /li liWorking hours: Tempo pieno, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday. /li liContract: CCNL Alimentare Industria. /li /ul h3Working / Environmental Conditions /h3 pThe IRCA Group Code of Ethics outlines our policy on human and labour rights.
