Constantly guarantee a high quality standard of the services offered, always satisfying the expectations of our guests and aspiring to exceed them.
Ensure correct management of costs and economic income relating to the relevant campsite.
Maintain relationships with the campsite owners, always taking care to ensure effective and collaborative communication
Effective management of the fleet assigned to the relevant campsite (cars and golf carts), with direct supervision of their management and maintenance **For our customers**:
Reception
ensure customers are well looked after
respond to customer complaints that require your expertise
inform our holidaymakers about the campsite's services and activities,
give them advice on the surroundings and respond to their requests with a smile.
Hospitality
ensure that mobile homes are properly prepared by our teams (furnishing inventory, dry cleaning, etc.) **For the team**:
manage and direct the various teams of seasonal workers of different nationalities
draw up the work program of the various teams, while supervising the assignment of daily activities
train new members
manage the stocks and orders necessary for the correct performance of the work (sheets, gas cylinders, household products, bracelets...).

Previous experience in managing high-capacity campsites or hotel facilities is considered a MUST
