**LA SPECIALIZZAZIONE HEALTHCARE & PHARMA DI ADHR GROUP RICERCA PER UNA GROSSA AZIENDA FARMACEUTICA** **Regional Marketing Internship** We are looking for a resource who will support Regional Marketing Departmnent in the following activities: - Support the Regional Marketing Manager in the arrangement of marketing plans for the assigned geographical area
- Implement the marketing plans in the assigned geographical area - under the coordination of the Regional Marketing Manager and collaborating with Commercial, Global Marketing and Global Medical Affairs Team - ensuring their execution is in line with long term Company Strategy and Compliance guidelines
- Ensure local distributors of the assigned geographical area are well informed and updated with the characteristics and the new formulations of the products. Work closely with the sales representatives of the area, providing the material defined at the corporate level, adapting it to local needs
- Realize promotional and awareness material relevant for the assigned geographical area and prepare and execute product launches on new markets
- Managing assigned Marketing Budget and report on return on investment expectations
- Contribute to the strengthening of the Company reputation and to spread Vision, Values and Corporate Identity, supporting the Regional Marketing Manager and local Commercial leadership in the effective management of relations with Key Opinion Leaders within the assigned geographical area Requirement: - Master Degree in Scientific area or Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
- Master in Pharmaceutical Marketing is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate
