We're looking for a Legal Specialist to join our BasicNet Group Legal department.Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, they will collaborate daily with multiple business functions, providing legal support on key contractual and corporate topics.This role represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build or further develop an in‑house career. The position offers significant exposure to the business and the chance to progressively gain autonomy, responsibility, and ownership in the management of the company's legal affairs.Knowledge,



Skills & Abilities RequiredMaster's Degree in Law1–3 years of relevant experience gained within a law firm and/or an in‑house legal department.Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.Experience in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts is considered a plus.Familiarity with agency, distribution, and commercial lease agreements is a plus.Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines.Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.High level of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
