ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure compliance with regulations related to Health Safety, Environment, and Quality in the workplace in accordance with applicable local legislation. /liliSupport the Site Manager in defining site activities (methods and execution phases) in order to deliver the works in compliance with specifications and the required design and quality standards. /liliCollaborate with and report to the Head Office Technical Office any critical issues, anomalies, or changes that occur on site. /liliIdentify and define, during tender and/or design phases, alternative technical solutions for the execution of the works, in collaboration with the Technical Office Department (during the preliminary phase), the Site Manager, and, where applicable, the Construction Manager (after contract award). /liliCollaborate with the Technical Office, during the construction design phase following any contract award, in preparing the Method Statements related to specific site activities and technologies. /liliManage and support the execution of any trial fields and final acceptance tests, providing the relevant reporting on the results achieved. /liliPrepare and complete quality control checklists/forms. /liliTake part in technical briefings with the General Contractor’s and/or Client’s designers, in order to identify alternative solutions and/or optimizations. /liliProvide technical assistance during site activities. /liliVerify the effectiveness of the adopted design solutions and manage any non-conformities that entail design changes. /liliPrepare the end-of-works report,
describing any issues that arose during execution and the related solutions adopted and, where required, the “As Built” drawings of the completed works. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliIn-depth knowledge of technologies and work processes for ground improvement/soil consolidation and foundation works. /liliProven ability to define alternative technical solutions for the execution of works. /liliCapability to provide technical support to construction sites. /liliKnowledge of policies and procedures within the relevant professional area. /liliKnowledge of applications/software used in the relevant professional area (design, testing/acceptance, etc.). /liliKnowledge of the Quality Management System and the main procedures of corporate functions. /liliKnowledge of civil and geotechnical engineering. /liliKnowledge of the main Italian and international standards applicable to the construction sector (health safety, environment, quality…). /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pThe salary range for this position is between €40,000 and €55,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Construction Industry (CCNL Edile Industria). /ppBoard and accommodation are provided for candidates working away from their home location. /ph3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3pTrevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
