Junior Legal Counsel - External ConsultantAbout the jobWe are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join the Legal team.You will report to the Legal Counsel and provide legal expertise on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters and corporate compliance.Main TasksWorking closely with the General Counsel in the assessment and management of legal affairs focusing on commercial, contractual and regulatory mattersProviding general, commercial legal and regulatory advice in multiple jurisdictionsDrafting and negotiating domestic and international agreements, including real estate leases, distribution, franchising, agency, service and license agreementsInstructing and managing external legal counselsApplying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals,
strategic relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attentionWorking with the business team as a business partner to identify opportunities to drive business forwardMaintaining the legal archiveProviding operational support in corporate governanceAssisting in the implementation and update of corporate compliance, specifically regarding Legislative Decree 231/01 and Data Protection (GDPR)NdA, LoI, Sponsorship and MarketingConduct legal researchProfile3+ in a similar role, preferably in the fashion/luxury industryLawyer qualification is mandatoryFluency in EnglishAttention to details and accuracyOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to deliver high-quality work under deadlinesGood negotiation and analytical skillsHigh degree of autonomy and ability to work in team#J-18808-Ljbffr
