Associate - Technology Operations SupportIn this role, you will support the deployment of world-class Digital Workplace experiences for colleagues and engineering teams worldwide. You will help run local technology operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and keep stakeholders aligned with technology goals. You will troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and contribute to continuous service improvement in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This position offers hands‑on work with cutting‑edge tools and a pathway to influence workplace technology across international teams.bonusOversee local Technology Concierge operations, including daily service delivery, capacity planning, and coverage for Digital Workplace activitiesCoordinate Health & Safety activities and support local compliance in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager and Health & Safety DepartmentAttend stakeholder calls to align on Digital Workplace goals, products, and prioritiesTroubleshoot capacity/availability issues, support moves/adds/changes, and perform server software installation/configuration as neededEnsure quality standards for documentation, reporting, and process adherence in Service Delivery and asset managementSupport problem resolution, escalations, major incidents,



and crisis coordination when requiredContribute to continuous service improvement via knowledge management and QA-ready articlesPerform core technical duties to support infrastructure implementations and deployments of dynamic platformsCreate technical design and implementation documentation; participate in test planning and executionResolve infrastructure compatibility issues and collaborate with other technical teams; provide on‑site supportwhen requiredRecord and update call data in a service management tool; ensure asset repair quality per guidelinesPlan and support streaming events; manage local stockroom and inventory of workplace tech assetsAct as Third Party Relationship Manager for local Digital Workplace vendors and support governance and service performance3-5 years hands‑on experience in a similar role with diverse operating systems and network protocolsProficiency in English and Italian (written and verbal)Technical knowledge of Windows and/or iOSExpert knowledge of Active Directory and Group PolicyExpert Windows OS and macOS skillsExcellent Android/iOS skills with MDM and JSSExpert knowledge of Office 365 deployments and release managementBasic knowledge of corporate network topologiesBasic knowledge of Firewalls and VPN technologiesExperience with EUC applications and enterprise EUC management toolsetsExperience deploying and supporting desktop images and applications to enterprise EUC estates#J-18808-Ljbffr
