With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning. /p pFounded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 11 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs. /p h3The role /h3 pWe’re looking for a Hospitality Manager to join the team at our Calabiana Milan campus. /p pIn this role, your mission will be to own the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring high service standards and a seamless member experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage opening and closing procedures of the co-working space, ensuring seamless front desk coverage and high service standards /li liManage the reception area as the operational hub of the campus, welcoming members, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalism /li liHandle calls, emails, deliveries, access cards, badges, and daily check-ins, ensuring secure and efficient access management /li liMonitor supplies and maintenance needs, coordinating proactively with external suppliers and vendors /li liOversee daily service operations, including bookings and equipment setup, with attention to up-selling and member retention /li liEnsure the reception area is organised, functional, and visually welcoming, enhancing warmth and brand identity through seasonal styling /li liCollaborate with the rest of the team on day-to-day challenges to ensure the campus consistently looks, feels, and operates at its best /li liWork closely with the City Lead and rest of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality campus experience /li liSupport on-site events, including guest and speaker reception, acting as a reference point during high-attendance activities. /li liEnsure the campus consistently reflects the Talent Garden experience: dynamic, inclusive, well-organized,



and community-driven /li liSupport to create the day-to-day experience within the campus, helping create an environment that feels welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented /li liCollaborate with the City Lead on retention, occupancy, and sales-related activities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the campus /li liSupport to monitor the community sentiment and member satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the campus experience /li /ul h3About you /h3 pIdeally, you have experience in hospitality or operations within dynamic, people-driven spaces and enjoy being at the center of an active campus, where workspaces, community life, and events coexist seamlessly throughout the day. /p pOn top of this, you bring: /p ul liA strong service and operations mindset, with commercial awareness and an understanding of how daily service quality supports member retention /li liStrong organisational skills, with confidence using Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and basic familiarity with CRM tools (nice to have: HubSpot) /li liComfort coordinating suppliers and external vendors to ensure continuity and quality of on-site services /li liHigh attention to detail and reliability in managing procedures, access, and daily operational standards /li liThe ability to work autonomously, take ownership of issues, and act proactively in a highly on-site, hands-on role /li liClear and professional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with members, partners, and internal teams /li liA calm and structured approach to problem-solving, with confidence using ticketing systems to manage and prioritise requests /li liFluency in Italian (native level) and English, both written and spoken /li liAlso,
