ppIn this role you combine application development, database management, and data analytics to support operational performance across Ingenico’s ITA Hub. You will build and maintain internal tools and MySQL databases, deliver reliable data and meaningful KPIs, and create dashboards to inform management decisions. You will work with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and automation, contributing to data-driven decision making in a global payments context. /pulliManage, maintain, and develop internal applications for the ITA Hub and implement new functionalities to improve tools /liliDevelop and maintain MySQL databases supporting business applications through PHP development /liliEnsure reliability and efficiency of internal systems; provide user support and troubleshoot issues /liliCollect, process,



and analyze data from company systems and operations to develop KPIs for logistics and warehouse performance /liliCreate dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel; prepare analyses and presentations for management /liliEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability for business decision‑making /lilCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutionsliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or 2+ years in a similar Data Analysis/ Reporting/ Programming role /liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; good knowledge of Power BI /liliGood knowledge of SQL / MySQL; experience in PHP development /liliFamiliarity with relational databases and data management principles /liliSAP knowledge is a strong advantage /liliFluent Italian; good command of English /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving mindset; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities /liliAttention to detail; collaborative stakeholder management; proactive and growth‑oriented mindset /li /l /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
