Field Force & Training Support (Internship)

Position Summary Operational support to Field force & Training team for training activities (planning&samples;), instore activation, events (off-line and online), channel programs (e.g product seeding) and translation/creation of training materials. Role and Responsibilities
- Support to translate and edit training materials received from HQ to adapt them to different audiences: operators sales personnel, open market sales personnel, samsung promoters, customers, B2B etc.
- Support to develop and create LOCAL training materials for different audiences and platforms (e.g Youtube, partners’ e-learning platforms, promoters etc.)
- Support to organize and coordinate Events, Product Launches, Roadshows and Conventions.
- Support to organize and coordinate in store events and activations both for sales personnel and customers




- Support to develop and manage channel programs for sales personnel (e.g device seeding) Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor preferably with Communication specialization. Professional Background:
Computer Knowledge: Good skills of main office software (Powerpoint and Excel). Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English. Travel required: 10% Others: Good communication, creativity, storytelling and copywriting skills; excellent knowledge of social platforms (Youtube, IG, Twitch, Tik Tok, streaming etc.); passion for technology and good knowledge of the mobile/notebook world
