The Group manufactures thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission, distribution, and medium‑low voltage applications across 52 countries, employing almost 29,000 people worldwide.Team Overview and Job ResponsibilitiesThe resource will join the Center of Excellence within the IT Delivery Controlling area and work with senior analysts and local IT teams to support projects and operational activities on SAP systems in the Controlling area.Role OverviewThe Junior SAP CO Business Analyst will support SAP CO customizing activities, system maintenance, and the implementation of new functionalities. The role includes operational activities such as analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and user support.Main ResponsibilitiesBasic configuration of SAP CO modules (CO‑PC, CO‑CCA, CO‑PA, CO‑PS) under senior guidance.Support in analysis and realization of small enhancements and fixes.Troubleshooting assistance including first‑level debugging.Participation in fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering, and process analysis.Execution of testing phases (UT/SIT/UAT)



with documentation of results.Support in data migration activities.Assistance during go‑live and post‑go‑live.Handling Level 1/Level 2 support tickets in the Controlling area.Analysis of requests and proposal of solutions.Preparing and maintaining functional documentation.Creating user guides and operational procedures.Required SkillsDegree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Basic knowledge of controlling processes.Interest in ERP systems, especially SAP.Basic knowledge of SAP CO modules.Analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Good written and spoken English.Nice to HaveBasic knowledge of SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP SD.Familiarity with SAP Fiori.Introductory ABAP knowledge.Experience in multinational contexts, even as an intern.Soft SkillsWillingness to learn and grow professionally.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Collaborative mindset and openness to international environments.Availability to travel.Fluent English.Equal Opportunity EmployerPrysmian is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
