Our HQ in **Trento** (**Italy**) is currently looking for a:
**FORMULATION & PROCESS TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - HOME CLEANING** **Lead New and Innovative Product Development activities** proposing materials and formulations, performing evaluation and validation protocols. Manage, in cooperation with the Formulation and Process Manager and the Lab Team, specific **laboratory analysis** (testing, results reporting, certificates of analysis, tools, samples archive) and organizing the activities to support all the product development phase together with the D&I; Department. **Scout and cooperate effectively with third party** manufacturers for the realization of specific products/technologies.
- Responsibilities:_
- Support the R&D; Director and Product& Process Development Manager in New Innovative Product Development activities related to Home Cleaning
- Support and Integrate D&I; activities (**solution of materials**)
- Interface with Operations Department(s) and third-party manufacturers for any issue concerning **home cleaning New Innovative Product**
Support and cooperate with **HC Laboratory**: - Grant **Technical Assistance** for the assigned area/product
- Ensure the related work **compliance with the requirements of product safety, legality, product quality, and management systems.**: - Collaborate to the study, issue and update of the new technologies and Product,



constantly monitoring the relative normative evolution
- Provide **procedures and guidelines implementation** and support D&I; team during the home cleaning related **industrialization activities**: - Identify and manage contacts with **external technology sources** (suppliers, laboratories, institutes, consultants ).
- Closely works with Customers’ team on project and product expectations and deliverables.
- Requirements:_
- **Fluency in English is a prerequisite**: - ** Technical education - Engineering, Chemistry or similar**: - ** 2/3 years Product Innovation (Formulations and Processes) in FMCG industry. Laundry Care, Toilet Care, Home Cleaning**: - ** Chemical formulations**: - ** Project Management**: - ** Product Testing & Certification**: - ** Industrialization process**: - Strong technical **communication skills** and the ability to communicate with non-technical staff.
