**Essential Job Functions**: - Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions that address clients' technology challenges.
- Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Provide insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division.
- Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, adhering to budgets, and ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery. **Basic Qualifications**:



- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in consulting
- Proven experience: Strong experience in consulting with a record of successful projects
- Proficiencies: Solid understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology **Other Qualifications**: - Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus LI-DNI
