**THE POSITION**:
The Junior Clinical Trial Manager (JCTM) is a key position in local on the delivery of Boehringer Ingelheim’s pipeline and accountable for the operational and scientific oversight, the set-up, execution and delivery of their assigned clinical trials at local level.
**For this position we offer a one year fixed term contract with external agency (Determinato in somministrazione)
***Tasks and Responsibilities**: - Prepare and coordinate country and site level clinical trial planning (feasibility, budget, timeline, training, risk mitigation, etc).
- Manage and oversee clinical trial preparation and conduct.
- Monitor the trial progress based on clinical trial planning and proactively update and action contingencies.
- Establish and maintain relationship with external experts and investigator sites.




- Appropriate oversight on CRO’s and internal team. ***Requirements**: - Requires a university degree (e.g. Masters degree or comparable degree). Major focus: Biology, Medicine or Biomedical Life Sciences.
- Relevant experience in trial management (operational expertise and oversight experience during the phase of clinical trials, 2-3 years of experience).
- Good knowledge of international and national guidelines and regulatory topics.
- Languages: Fluency in English language and Native level of Italian language
- Good command of Office Package Excellent influencing and communication skills.
