Employee Groups and Celebration.Position Overview The Italy Region sales operations wholesale team, based in Casalecchio di Reno, is looking for a sales operations support to provide high level of service to internal and external customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities **Accountabilities**:
**Actively support the SO team**
- Timely Regional claims and returns management
- Focus on specialty stores and online customers **Order management and delivery follow up activities**
- YNAP Online purchase orders management
- Order confirmation dispatch for the region
- Order release
- Shipments follow up
- Delivery reporting Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments and remote teams
- Flexibility, open-mindedness and positive attitude.
- Interest in the digital landscape, which requires both a creative and innovative approach
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in the use of Excel
