ph3Digital Sales Associate – German Speaking /h3 pWe’re looking for a sales professional with German fluency, sales aptitude, excellent closing skills, and outbound experience. /p h3Things You'll Do /h3 ul libDrive our business forward /b by reaching and exceeding your sales goals. /li libTurn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans /b using a cold calling strategy, building relationships with potential clients, uncovering the true needs of their business, and recommending the right ADP products and services. /li libDeepen relationships across the ADP family /b by strategically cross‑selling into existing accounts by highlighting ADP's other solutions. /li libCollaborate daily /b with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations. /li /ul h3Experience You Need /h3 ul liDemonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self‑motivated with excellent closing skills. /li liA goal‑oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas. /li liWell organized with highly effective time and activity management skills. /li liExcellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office. /li liFluent in German and English. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBusiness‑to‑business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management. /li liGoal‑oriented, motivated self‑starter with capacity and drive to reach and exceed sales quotas. /li liAbility to work independently and work with other ADP Sales Associates. /li liDemonstrated cold‑calling sales ability, with an assertive, positive, and persistent style.
