By defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group's business processes, identifying risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving towards innovative technology solutions, this person must be: /pulliA talented IT/Business professional who thrives on complex, high-stakes challenges. /liliDetermined to succeed by ensuring the timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions. /li /ulpThe role will lead as Project Manager the effective implementation, management, and optimization of Finance and Procurement solutions and their related integrations, actively driving system integrators and internal stakeholders. The candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing required customizations, defining technical guidelines and standards, and cooperating with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads for system configuration and landscape setup. /ppFurthermore, the candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear requirement documents. They will write compelling business cases and proposals, deliver cost-effective solutions, and proactively track business feedback to build continuous improvements into future releases. /ph3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3pProcess Design: /pulliMap business processes and analyze the impact of new processes or systems within the Company group /liliModel (as-is) and re-design (to-be)
processes according to predefined goals or changing business drivers /liliIdentify improvements in the business operating model in line with business objectives and priorities /liliConduct benchmarking activities to ensure best practices /liliSupport the Change Manager in projects with significant organizational impact, such as operating model reviews and design/redesign /liliAssist Business Key-Users and Process Owners in managing change across all related aspects /li /ulpProject Execution: /pulliApply strong vendor management skills to oversee system integrators and external providers, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope and budget /liliInteract closely with Business Key-Users and Process Owners /liliGather and analyze business requirements /liliDesign the technical solution to address business needs /liliManage and participate in multiple projects (drafting project documentation, detailing project scope, monitoring priorities) /liliOversee software configuration and implementation activities. /liliOversee post-go-live support. /liliIdentify proactive and reactive improvement opportunities. /li /ulpBusiness Applications Management: /pulliSupervise the integration processes and related system roadmaps. /liliCollaborate with strategic vendors and drive the contractual stages to set up successful and cost-effective relationships.
/li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3pEducation Languages: /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ulpProfessional Experience: /pulli 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within a multinational company or a consulting firm /liliProven track record in project management and process design projects. /liliDeep knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Contract Vendor Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management, Treasury, Financial Planning, ...) /liliExperience with SAP is considered a plus. /li /ulpAdditional Knowledge Soft Skills: /pulliExperience in digital innovation and transformation (preferably within finance, audit, or procurement environments) /liliStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and data-handling capabilities /liliProactive attitude, change-oriented, and capable of engaging effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders /liliTeam-oriented and goal-driven /liliExcellent communication skills /liliProficiency with Google Workspace is preferred /liliProficient in using AI tools to streamline workflows /liliUnderstanding of AI concepts and staying up-to-date with the latest trend. /li /ulpThe selected candidate will be employed under Category "B" in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
