- University degree
- Strong knowledge of Excel is mandatory
- Fluency in Italian and English is required. **Position Summary**
Responsible for supporting the National Account Manager to develop sales of company products and all related sales activities to designated national key clients. Co-responsible with NAM in the forecasting process and data analysis. **A day in the life of the Customer Development Specialist**: - Business: Support NAM in Monitoring sales, promo activities, forecast accuracy, build customer balance sheet. Helps Nam to define and achieve business goals. Plan and execute flawlessly.

Support Nam to Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers and timely inform all involved functions and directions.
- People: Successfully work and coordinate trade marketing and marketing team to develop commercial initiatives on national customers. **What will make you successful?**
- Category/product and market/modern distribution knowledge
- Awareness of production and delivery process
- Good planning, forecasting and data skills
