As Technical SEO Lead, you will own the technical health and structure of Fever’s massive transactional ecosystems (feverup.com and white-label networks). You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to optimize information architecture and visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-enabled platforms. You’ll drive an experimentation roadmap, monitor success with large-scale analytics, and ensure bot accessibility while staying ahead of evolving SEO requirements. This role puts you at the core of scaling organic growth for a global audience and diverse markets. Your work shapes how users discover Fever’s experiences at scale, with a clear impact on traffic.

- Own the technical health and structure of Fever’s transactional ecosystems (feverup.com and white-label sites)
- Analyze, define, and optimize information architecture
- Apply strong technical skills: crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML/CSS, CDN performance, APIs automation
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs
- Stay updated with SEO/LLM changes and adapt sites accordingly
- Own monitoring, KPIs, and analytics with dashboards and alerting (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk or similar)

Product, and Systems to execute the technical roadmap
- Design, implement, and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings
- Audit and measure engineering developments to prevent visibility losses

Responsabilità

- Proven 7+ years as a technical SEO for high-traffic sites (ecommerce or similar)
- Experience with international sites and adapting global SEO strategies to local markets
- Data-driven with strong analytics and metrics literacy
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to build SEO solutions and automate workflows
- Solid knowledge of search ranking factors, including emerging LLM-powered ecosystems
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Familiar with industry-standard/enterprise SEO software
- Up-to-date with current SEO practices
- Strong ownership, initiative, and teamwork
- Excellent written/spoken English and Spanish
