Location: Breganze, ITWorkplace Type: OnsiteThe Project Engineer, Agile Master, supports the delivery of complex software and automation solutions for IDEAL Combines, enabling iterative development across integrated machine systems.The role focuses on facilitating structured development cycles, removing impediments, and improving team performance within a defined subsystem or product scope. It ensures effective collaboration across cross‑functional engineering teams, supporting the reliable and efficient delivery of high‑quality software and automation functionalities.Your ImpactFacilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to agreed processes within a complex engineering environment.Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results‑driven team culture.Drive continuous improvement by facilitating reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness.Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments by identifying delivery challenges, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers where possible, and escalating complex issues when necessary.Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks,



and delivery status while supporting team‑level outcomes within established Agile frameworks.Your Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience working in Agile development environmentsStrong facilitation, communication, and coordination skillsExperience supporting cross‑functional software or engineering teamsAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our premio schemeBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time and the possibility of remote workPrivate health insurance with partial coverage of some medical expenses.Canteen with meal allowance.CompensationApplicable salary range: €39,000 – €60,000 gross annual salary.The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role.
