pstrongPRIMARY FUNCTIONS /strong /ppThe role of the strongOff Road /strong strongSales Specialist /strong inside FPT organization is to manage and develop strategic relationships with the company’s important Off road customers. This role focuses on increasing revenues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within key accounts. /ppbr / /ppstrongKEY ACCOUNTABILITY /strong /pulliIdentify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Off road business; /liliBe the Key Account Manager for selected existing global IKA and OEMs and the commercial go-to-person for the clients as well as for the internal functions; /liliWork together with all functions involved (Product Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing, Homologation,…) to finalize sales proposals; /liliContribute to identify solutions, meeting customers’ needs in accordance with the Global sales strategies /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongREQUIRED SKILLS BACKGROUND /strong /pulliMaster degree (Management/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferable) /lili5 years of working experience in similar roles /liliNegotiations skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements through studying data and discussions with customers; ability to know the customer’s business /liliAbility to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skills /liliExcellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing. /liliMS Office and common ICT tools /liliMarket-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills /liliAbility to create product marketing plans /liliAbility to think 5 years ahead, but with foot on the ground and with a pragmatic and customer driven approach /liliAbility to scout new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be achieved/exceeded /liliAnalytical approach and capability to translate market data and deviations into future trends and segmentations /liliAvailability to travel /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /strong /ppAnnual gross salary in the range of strong€52K–€65K /strong, commensurate with experience and qualifications. /p
