We do believe that together with our partners we can make the difference and drive the change towards a more sustainable world.Your Tasks:Support the preparation of periodic management reports, including P&L analysis, variance analysis, KPI reporting and presentations for management.Analyze financial data, identifying trends and criticalities, and contribute to the definition of corrective actions.Support budgeting, forecasting and closing activities, including data collection, reconciliations and consistency checks.Contribute to reporting automation initiatives, dashboard creation and analysis of data extracted from ERP systems.Extract, cleanse and transform data from ERP systems and other sources, ensuring data quality and traceability.Develop and maintain reporting tools using advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI or equivalent solutions,
ensuring usability for non-technical users.Contribute to the digitalization of controlling processes and the adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.Requirements:Experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, Audit or Consulting environments (approximately 2–3 years), with exposure to reporting, budgeting and performance analysis activities.Good knowledge of management accounting concepts, including margins, fixed and variable costs, cost centres and variance analysis.Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, closing and management reporting processes.Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and financial data management activities.Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot or similar BI tools is considered an advantage.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured approach to data quality and process standardization.Ability to communicate financial information in a clear and effective way to non-finance stakeholders.Proactive attitude, problem-solving approach and willingness to contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management Engineering or equivalent.Good command of English in an international business context (emails, reports and meetings).We offer:An excellent working environment within a company that plays an important local role while maintaining an international outlook, driven by innovation and by a corporate culture focused on wellbeing and collaboration.Strong commitment to professional development, with dedicated attention to the needs, goals, and growth path of each individual.A concrete commitment to sustainability, supported by ongoing initiatives that promote responsible practices with a low environmental impact.A flexible approach to work, including the possibility of working remotely.The annual gross salary range for this position is EUR 35.000–40.000.
