Company DescriptionAt HPE Group we design high-tech engineering solutions for the automotive, motorsport and advanced systems sectors.We are a fast-growing company rooted in the Motor Valley of Modena, with a strong focus on innovation.We believe that the real value of a company lies in its people: skills, passion, curiosity and the desire to challenge themselves every day.PositionAs an HR Recruiting Intern, you will receive on-the-job training and actively support recruitment activities across all the companies within the Group, with a primary focus on junior Engineering and Manufacturing profiles.Working alongside the HR Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting Talent Attraction and Employer Branding initiatives. You will also assist in maintaining relationships with universities, technical institutes, high schools and other educational institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top technical and corporate talent; Assist with jobposting and CV screening; Participate in recruitment interviews and candidate assessment activities; Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs; Support the HR team in managing relationships with universities,
technical institutes and other educational institutions for Talent Attraction and Employer Branding initiatives; Assist in the organization of Career Days, Recruiting Days and Employer Branding events; Contribute to Talent Attraction initiatives and the promotion of the company's employer brand; Maintain candidate databases and support HR reporting activities.RequirementsTechnical:Soft:Problem solving; Other informationTechnical RequirementsMaster's degree in Humanities, Psychology, Economics, or a Scientific discipline; Strong interestin Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment; Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Strong analytical and data analysis skills; Good command ofthe English language.Soft SkillsPassion for the Automotive, Motorsport, and Technology sectors; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Active listening skills and empathy; Flexibility andadaptability; Problem-solvingmindset; Strong organizational skills; Ability to workeffectively in cross-functional teams; Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset; Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
