We are seeking a dynamic Lean and Process Innovation Agent to join our Lean & Process Innovation Team at Carel Industries in Brugine (PD). Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Support: Lead and support improvement groups, providing expertise and coordination, and offering feedback on methods and behaviors.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication and dissemination of results and methodologies at the group/process level.
- Project Proposals: Suggest new improvement projects based on the company's general guidelines.
- Training: Organize and lead training programs on Lean approaches and methods for new colleagues.
- Global Collaboration: Connect and collaborate with colleagues from foreign subsidiaries and plants to ensure alignment on standards and best practices. **Requisiti**: - Educational Background:



Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a multinational context, with a track record of leading medium to large complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and delivering tangible results.
- Lean Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Lean methodologies. Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Innovation Management: Knowledge and interest in Innovation Management, Customer Development, Design Thinking, Agile. Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Project Leadership: Passion for leading projects with data-driven abilities.
- Team Skills: Strong team working and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder Management: High capacity to handle a large variety and type of stakeholders.
