YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESPerform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locationsProvide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issuesSupport international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharingDeliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital toolsContribute to internal training programs and help shape hands‑on learning experiences for new TechniciansCollaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimizationYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSCompleted vocational training or technical college in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronicsSolid knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting; prior service experience is a plusFamiliar with electrical service standards and safety regulationsStrong customer focus and excellent communication skills as well as a structured and independent work styleValid driving license for class B vehiclesWillingness to travelExcellent English languages skills, other language skills are an advantage OUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young,
