Wood is looking for an **HR & Internal Communication Specialist
- Internship **based in **Milan office **. Reporting to Tutor and Colleagues, he/she will learn to assist with planning and co-ordination in support of Communication and HR plans and projects with focus on activities as communication and event organization, recruiting, learning and development topics in Italy and different countries in Europe and will interact with other offices all around Europe. **Our Clients and Projects** **It’s a future for all of us **. - Support in the development of editorial contents for internal communication channels (mailing, intranet, poster)
- Support for the organization of internal events to strengthen employee engagement (invitation writing, participant tracking, logistics details)
- Coordinate events/HR programs as required, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed of Progress
- Assist the relevant HR team with planning and delivery of specific work activities related to recruiting, learning and development
- Support line managers with basic HR activity and queries Skills qualifications
- Degree qualified in HR related or business management qualification
- Fluent and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Personal attributes: - Proven customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
