**The **Opportunity**:
As an Internal Product Support Specialist at Avantor, you will serve as the expert for our chemical product range, providing both technical and commercial support to internal teams and external customers. You will collaborate with external product specialists, account managers, and colleagues to answer technical questions, address product-related quality complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Acting proactively, you will contribute to the sales cycle by promoting our solutions and driving success for both our customers and the business. **What we are looking for**
- ** Education**: Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in chemistry or relevant science discipline
- ** Experience**: Experience with laboratory product
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in oral and written English and Italian
- ** IT Skills**: MS Office pack, CRM / ERP would be beneficial **How you will thrive and make an impact**
- Offer ongoing sales support to customers pre-and post sales, on Chemicals product range within the Avantor portfolio.
- Prepare technical input for quotes and give price recommendations based on product
- and market knowledge.
- Increase competitive advantage and drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing partnership relationships.
- Work with the sales
- and product specialist team to help meet /exceed our company targets and strategy within assigned discipline.
