As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know‑how in communication, sales and image building.We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.As a group, we have built up a reputation as a long‑term exclusive partner by offering our know‑how in communications, sales, and brand building for a selection of renowned international sports brands such as Under Armour, Fischer, Barts, Blackroll, and others.For the brand Blackroll, we are looking for a Brand Activation Specialist to coordinate B2C and B2B events, drive sports‑marketing partnerships and lead product education activities.This role is focused on increasing brand awareness and product adoption through hands‑on experiences, including training sessions with customers and healthcare professionals, as well as partnerships with gyms and other organizations aligned with the Blackroll ecosystem.The position requires strong engagement with partners and end consumers by delivering product training sessions and representing the brand in the field.Tasks & responsibilitiesPlanning, execution and reporting of the annual sports marketing and event calendar (B2C and B2B)Organization and on‑field management of brand activations, events, workshops and demo sessionsDelivery of product education and training sessions to retailers,
gyms and health professionalsDevelopment and adaptation of marketing materials and training tools in line with brand guidelinesControlling and reporting of the marketing and event budgetsCollaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution of activations and training programsSupport seasonal campaigns through field activities and experiential marketing initiativesCollection and sharing of feedback and insights from the field to improve product positioning and training effectivenessEnsure strong brand representation across all physical touchpoints and partner interactionsProfileBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field2+ years of experience in sports marketing, event management, club/gym trainer/coachSolid understanding of the sports and wellness industry; interest in fitness, recovery, and performance is a mustHands‑on experience in organizing and executing events, activations, and product demonstrations (B2C and B2B)Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience in delivering product training sessionsGood English skills; German is a plusA people person with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skillsProactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work independently and on the fieldComfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to travel frequently for events, trainings, and partner visitsOrganizational skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving mindsetAnnual Gross Base Salary Range28,000€ – 34,000€ + additional target premio of 5‑10% of base salary.Compensation for this role is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job‑related responsibilities.
