Join us and become part of our team of change makers! BayWa r.e. Operation Services S.r.l. offers comprehensive operations and maintenance services for wind and solar energy plants. We ensure high yields and revenues through our service organisation based on field technicians located at a convenient distance from the plants as well as cutting-edge solutions in data management and monitoring. Among others, our customers are funds, banks, international investment companies and private companies and entrepreneurs. What you will do- You will be in charge of general control, development and management of the Company’s business- You will have a primary responsibility for the ongoing technical and commercial management business, compliance and business development- You will take care of the customer relationship management- You will lead and develop managers in the company- You will be responsible for the standardisation of processes and the implementation of digital solutions.- You will keep the Board regularly and fully informed of ongoing activities and any relevant corporate opportunities/ transactions What you’ll need to succeed- University degree, preferably in a technical, economic,



or environmental discipline- Outstanding knowledge of the Italian asset management/ O&M; market for renewable energies (preferably PV and wind)- Proven experience as Managing Director or other directorship position (commercial/ financial/ legal/ technical) within the renewable energy/ green technology service business- Experienced in corporate law, negotiation, transaction and project management best practices with proven track record in the renewable energy project and/or service business- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and detailed financial business plans- Extensive and excellent experience in leadership and people management, being a natural coach and inspiring example to improve the strengths and motivation of team members at different levels- Pro-active and entrepreneurial attitude combined with strict compliance with the Company’s policies and guidelines- Strong customer orientation and service mindset- Understanding the importance of digital solutions in a complex business environment and being able to communicate and implement an ambitious digitalization strategy- Intercultural awareness and proven cross-cultural management experience- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory (both spoken and written) What’s in it for you?- Being part of a highly motivated, ever-growing, and multicultural team that drives forward the energy revolution- Innovative and fast-changing market and working environment- Mobile working- Flexible working hours- Modern office atmosphere Benefits can vary depending on the location and are not legally binding.
