QHSE Specialist & RSPP (f/m/nb)Purpose: Manages all Health, Environment, Safety, and Quality (HESQ) activities for the Fidenza site, acting as the legally responsible RSPP (D.Lgs. 81/2008). Ensures full compliance with Italian regulations (D.Lgs. 152/2006, D.M. 3/9/21, D.Lgs. 105/2015), client requirements, and ISO standards.Core ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety (D.Lgs. 81/2008)Maintains and updates the Risk Assessment Document (DVR).Plans, coordinates, and delivers mandatory worker OHS training.Manages PPE procurement, distribution, and assignment records.Investigates near‑misses/accidents and coordinates INAIL reporting.Seveso Compliance & Major Accident Prevention (D.Lgs. 105/2015)Manages and implements safety and environmental protocols in compliance with the Seveso Directive for major‑accident hazards.Drafts, updates, and enforces the Major Accident Prevention Policy (SGS‑PIR).Interfaces directly with relevant local authorities and control bodies for Seveso‑related audits and inspections.Contractor & Site SafetyDrafts interference risk assessments (DUVRI) and manages safety coordination for external contractors.Interfaces with the Medico Competente and Workers' Safety Representatives (RLS).Fire Prevention & Emergencies (D.M.
3/9/21)Updates site Emergency and Evacuation Plans.Conducts monthly compliance checks on firefighting systems and organizes periodic emergency drills.Environmental Management (D.Lgs. 152/2006)Manages site waste streams (rifiuti), selective collection, and hazardous substances.Monitors emissions and water discharge.Interfaces with environmental control bodies (e.G., ARPA).Quality & ISO SystemsMaintains prescriptive documentation for ISO9001,14001, and45001.Plans and conducts internal audits (ISO19011) and supports third‑party external certification audits.Job Specifications & RequirementsEducation & CertificationTechnical/scientific degree or equivalent.Mandatory RSPP certification modules completed (State‑Region Agreement07/07/2016).ISO internal auditor qualification is a strong plus.Experience3‑5 years of experience in an OHS/HESQ/QHSE role, with mandatory knowledge of the Seveso regulation.Previous experience working within Seveso‑regulated environments or high‑risk major‑accident hazard plants, preferably within logistics or chemical storage warehouse environments, is highly preferred.Skills & LanguagesAdvanced MS Office proficiency.Fluent Italian and advanced‐level English are both mandatory.Employment Conditions & OfferWorking Hours: Full‑time (39 hours/week) with a 1‑hour lunch break.Contract Type: Subordinated permanent contract (Tempo Indeterminato), Logistica e Trasporti CCNL.#J-18808-Ljbffr
