We are looking for an AI Engineer with a couple of years of experience to join our HQ in Parma, who will be responsible for developing AI use cases end-to-end, from business problem identification to deployment in production on Microsoft Azure — working with AI-assisted coding, LLM API integration, and front-end/HTML interfaces to bring solutions to life.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI use cases end-to-end: from problem discovery with the business, to prototyping, to deployment on Microsoft AzureCode with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot): scripts, automations, and lightweight applications supporting business processesIntegrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) via API to build intelligent applications, internal chatbots, and automation agents, including interfacing with other systems via APIAnalyze and structure data: clean, transform, and visualize company data to feed models and dashboardsBuild front-end/HTML interfaces to make tools and use cases usable by the businessDocument use cases so they can serve as templates for the rest of the organizationCollaborate with the business through workshops, interviews, and requirements gatheringRequirements2+ years of experience in a similar role (AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer with AI focus, or similar)Degree (or equivalent experience)



in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fieldsSolid programming foundations in Python (and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure: deploying applications, storage, cloud resource managementComfortable working across the full stack, from raw data to user interfaceNice to have: RAG/LangChain/LlamaIndex, AI agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen), data viz tools (Power BI, Streamlit, Plotly), background in industrial/energy/construction sectors, or a personal portfolio (GitHub, side projects, hackathons)Work Location: HQ - ParmaThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
