And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /pp With industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /pp Job Overview /pp We are looking for a Distrigo Zone Manager /pp MISSION /pp To ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions, by the Distrigo Hub within their assigned area. /pp MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /pulli Organize regular meetings with the Distrigo Hub managers /lili Monitor on monthly basis evolution of business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors activities, etc. /lili Analyze the business KPIs of the Hub: Sell out by channel, product stock, profitability, etc. /lili Drive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy /lili Support Distrigo Hub in planning and executing the sell-out actions needed to maximize Hub effectiveness,
sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the NSC /lili Grant consistency between the sell in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock /lili Negotiate with the Distrigo Hub the product sell-in (e.g. product mix, commercial policy, sell in out action ) /lili Drive forward Sell Out Channel Authorized Independent Repair B2B /lili Monitor Quality KPI /lili Drive the Distrigo HUB forward in their Field Force and Call Center activity /lili Work with the Distrigo Hub in their operational marketing actions /lili Identify the Distrigo Hub needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. in order to fully maximize market share. /li /ulp PROFILE BACKGROUND /pp• 5-8 years of experience /pp• Strong sales and analysis orientation /pp• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills /pp• Energy, determination and stress management /pp• Excellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS Excel /pp• Good knowledge of the English language. /pp Offer /pp· Salary range: from 45.000 € to 55.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /pp· Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /pp Disclaimer /pp At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
