HSPI S.P.A., a leading company in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is expanding its team in Rome and is looking for a Project Manager with experience in management consulting or ICT consulting, capable of managing complex projects, interacting with clients, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery ManagementPlan, coordinate, and monitor implementation projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.Coordinate Go-Live activities, ensuring the proper execution of implementation plans and release checklists.Monitor project progress, identify critical issues, and define appropriate corrective actions.Business Analysis & Process ImprovementGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Analyze business and IT processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.Define operational procedures and support the evolution of organizational operating models.Governance & Change ManagementSupport Demand Management activities by contributing to the prioritization of project initiatives.Define and support Change Management plans aimed at facilitating the adoption of new processes and solutions.Foster coordination and communication between Business, Delivery, and Deployment teams.Manage client relationships, ensuring continuous alignment on project objectives and progress.RequirementsProven experience managing complex IT projects, including planning, monitoring, risk management,
and stakeholder coordination.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.Experience in PMO, Project Governance, and Program Management, with the ability to define KPIs, WBS, executive reporting, and governance models.Experience in business process analysis and functional requirements gathering.Knowledge of IT Governance and IT Service Management best practices.Ability to produce project documentation, executive reports, and performance monitoring dashboards.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Good command of the English language.Nice to HaveExperience working with Public Administration organizations and/or in-house companies.Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, particularly involving SPM, ITSM, and Contract Management solutions.Why Join HSPI?Hybrid working model.Personalized training and development plans, including internationally recognized certifications and continuous learning on leading industry best practices (e.G., ITIL®, PRINCE2®, COBIT®, ISO/IEC 27001).Opportunity to collaborate and share knowledge with experienced professionals in a dynamic and stimulating environment.Direct exposure to senior management and end clients.Permanent employment contract under the CCNL Commercio, with a RAL ranging from €39.000 to €47.000€.This position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 198/2006.
