The organisation is preparing to launch a new paediatric product and is investing in experienced talent to support market entry and hospital engagement. You will manage strategic accounts across hospitals and clinical centres within the North West territory. The focus is on delivering high quality engagement, driving product adoption and ensuring consistent commercial performance. The role requires strong scientific understanding, structured territory planning and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior clinical stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities brManage and develop relationships with hospital decision makers and clinical specialists brExecute territory plans aligned to commercial objectives brDeliver scientific and product information with accuracy and compliance • Identify opportunities to increase product access and utilisation brMonitor market trends and competitor activity within the region brCollaborate with medical, marketing and market access teams to support wider strategy brMaintain high standards of reporting and CRM activity Experience Required brProven experience in pharmaceutical xrdbqlu sales within hospital or specialist settings brStrong scientific background or relevant life science degree brClear understanding of the Italian healthcare system and regional structures brTrack record of delivering commercial results within a defined territory brAbility to communicate scientific information confidently and professionally brFluent Italian Reach out to if you have any questions, or reach out via linked in.
