Tailor&Fox; - your HR Business Partner - for a Company that operates in the field of Prevention, Protection and Security for Individuals and Companies - has asked us to search for the following professional profile:
**FINANCE SUPERVISOR** **Posizione**:
The main responsibilities are: - Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management;
- Ensure timely preparation of Financial Reports;
- Monitor and control operating expenses, optimizing cost efficiency across the business;
- Manage communications with Investors and ensure transparency and compliance in financial disclosures;
- Ensure the Company’s compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations;
- Manage Cash Flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments;




- Oversee Banking relationships and debt financing activities;
- Supervise and mentor the AFC department and resources. **Requisiti**:
**Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Management, Administration, and Controlling or Consulting firms (Big 4 experience is a plus)
- Investor Relationships management experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with attention to detail. **Altre informazioni**:
