If you are looking to join a dynamic environment that supports your career development, this could be an exciting opportunity. /p pFor our Verona site, we are looking for a bCountry IT Operations /b professional who will be responsible for ensuring reliable and compliant IT operations within the assigned cluster. /p pThe selected candidate will actively contribute to the operational support of local applications, incident management, and end-user support, ensuring alignment with corporate IT governance and guidelines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the day-to-day operational stability of IT infrastructure and services /li liSupport end users in coordination with the Global Service Desk /li liManage the portfolio of incidents and requests (standard and non-standard),



ensuring timely and effective resolution /li liEnsure continuity of local applications, monitoring risks and performance /li liBuild and maintain a Country/Cluster IT community across different sites (production, logistics, commercial offices, RD centers, etc.) /li liOrganize regular forums and collaboration structures across locations /li liPromote the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and reusable solutions /li liDrive local adoption of global IT policies, standards, and gSOPs /li liEnable cross-site support and resource backup through community collaboration /li liProvide structured feedback to regional and global IT teams /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5–7 years of experience in IT or similar roles /li liExcellent command of the English language /li liExperience in multinational environments /li liSolid experience in incident management and IT support /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liChemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Agreement (CCNL) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
