Lead Developer, Software Architect, CTO
Location: Rome, North Italy (Hybrid). Role: Freelance / Consultant.
Responsibilities: Manage institutional, project and digital communication activities. Ensure clear, consistent, EU‑compliant messaging across all channels. Lead development of robust, scalable software architectures for AI‑driven sensing systems. Work with backend, data pipelines, and system integration. Turn research prototypes into production‑grade solutions. Drive market positioning, partnerships and customer development, translating technical innovation into commercial opportunities.
Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year plus 10% bonus on target.
