Role: Customer Success Manager (CSM) for customers who purchase the Signature Success Plan, delivering a unified Signature experience with deep collaboration across internal and external teams. Role Description As a CSM, you will serve as a named resource and partner for Salesforce's customer organizations. You are a trusted advisor, forging deep relationships with customers and account teams, and maintaining awareness of key events, needs, risks, and value drivers. You will help improve customers' technical and operational health to realize maximum value from their Salesforce investment. You will act as a point of contact for major customer incidents, managing expectations and communications through incident resolution.



This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and the ability to work across teams to provide a unified Signature experience. You may be required to travel to customer sites and provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed. Responsibilities / Impact Serve as the single point of customer accountability for the orchestration of all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion. Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations that have purchased Signature and beyond. Coordinate the Signature Success catalog of services for your customer and provide timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance based on customer areas of interest.
