You 'll collaborate with management and IT teams to define and deliver on technical priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. You 'll also help maintain a dynamic knowledge base of programming solutions to support a highly efficient and productive IT infrastructure.Your ContributionsCoordinate software projects and provide customer support for Ascom UMS productsImplement and manage new customer support processes for software and related technologiesTrain and support team members, deliver customer training onsite, and contribute to training material and course developmentConfigure and oversee external customer support, continually improving based on customer needs and technical analysisManage all technical support calls, including monthly data extraction and analysis to identify recurring issues and areas for improvementPlan, execute, and maintain customer-focused implementation activities, ensuring effective coordination across the departmentDraft technical specifications for customer-specific developmentsPrepare required documentation to ensure compliance with legal regulations, CE marking, contractual obligations, and QMS standardsServe as the main interface with customers and third parties,
coordinating all project activities from initiation to final testingCollaborate with Product and Development Coordinators to plan and deliver customer-driven enhancementsSupport the Delivery Coordinator by monitoring product and service deliveries, identifying and addressing any non-compliance, customer complaints, or incidentsThe Ideal CandidateQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalentExperience with medical software installation and configurationFluent in Italian and EnglishComfortable working in an international environmentExperience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL in a Single Page Application (SPA)Experience using TypeScript to improve code robustness and type managementKnowledge of how to configure and use TypeScript in a React projectExperience building responsive user interfaces with ReactDeep understanding of hooks, state management (e.G., Context API, Redux), and component lifecyclesKnowledge of React Router for navigation managementExperience with Git for version control and team code managementFamiliarity with Git workflows like GitFlow, pull requests, and mergeSkills & CompetenciesJavaScript (ES6+): strong understanding of modern JavaScript with a focus on functions, promises, async/await, and modulesRESTful APIs or GraphQL integration for SPATypeScript: strong typing and robust code design in React projectsReact: building reusable components, hooks, and state managementGit:
