**This position reports to**:
Manufacturing Unit Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams. The work model for the role is: #onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: - Preparing technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.



- Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff. - Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements. - Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up. - Improve data analysis with digital tools. You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive. **Qualifications for the role**: - You enjoy working in a team, you are a dynamic individual with good interpersonal skills.
- Possess a knowledge of Office package.
- Possess a knowledge of lean manufacturing is appreciated.
- Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering (manufacturing).
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis tools is considered a plus. **More about us**:
