Italy Responsibilities support for the corporate management of Leonardo Group's Italian and foreign companies; preparation and/or management of informative notices regarding meetings; management activities of the necessary fulfilments (i.e., preparation of proxies for participation in Assemblies, examination/modification of related statutes and/or regulations, preparation of nomination letters for LDO representatives in the relevant bodies); necessary regulatory insights due to the different applicable local laws; support for cross-functional projects with legal impact, also in the M&A;, joint venture and corporate restructuring fields; with reference to foreign branches and representative offices, support in the activities of registration, deregistration, conferment and updating of licenses and powers of attorney to Managers, as well as the keeping of relevant documentation. Qualifications Educational Qualification: Law Degree. (Qualification for the legal profession) Seniority: Senior – at least 5 years of experience; Expert – at least 5 years of experience in corporate law Technical knowledge and skill
