What You'll Be Doing As an Engineering Manager , you'll play a key role in turning Satispay into the financial home of every Italian business. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Lead and grow a Business-oriented team: own the day-to-day of a team of 5–8 engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement Drive the delivery of ambitious projects: translate product and business goals into a clear technical roadmap, and ensure the team executes on it reliably and predictably Collaborate across domains: work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to align on dependencies, priorities,



and shared standards Hire and develop talent: participate in recruiting to grow the team, and actively invest in the growth of individual engineers through feedback, mentorship, and stretch opportunities. Report up and communicate clearly: keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and blockers, translating technical complexity into business-relevant terms.
