Group FP+A ControllerLocation: Trecate, ItalySalary: €75,000–€85,000 + benefitsA leading international PE backed group is seeking a Group FP&A; Controller to join its finance team.

This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership with financial planning, business performance analysis and strategic decision-making across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the group's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.Prepare what-if analyses and financial simulations to support strategic initiatives.Deliver insightful variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers.Monitor financial KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance.Produce high-quality management reporting for senior stakeholders.Partner closely with functions including Sales,



Operations and HR to support commercial and operational decision-making.Drive continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, planning systems and BI reporting tools.RequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.10+ years' experience within FP&A;, Controlling or Corporate Finance.Strong background in financial planning, forecasting and business performance analysis.Advanced Excel skills with experience using BI tools (Power BI preferred).Experience with financial planning and reporting systems.Good understanding of IFRS and financial consolidation.Fluent English.Ideal ProfileHighly analytical with excellent financial modelling capabilities.Able to translate financial data into clear commercial recommendations.Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, commercially minded and results-driven. xrdztoy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.If you're looking to join a business where finance plays a
