Experteer Overview As Europe Finance Controller, you will own accurate financial accounting, robust controls, and high-quality reporting for the European Retail perimeter. You partner with Retail and Finance leadership to safeguard data integrity and support decision-making across multiple European markets. You'll balance hands‐on accounting with controlling and performance monitoring in a fast‐paced retail environment. This role offers a meaningful chance to influence cross-border financial governance and sustainability reporting.
Retribuzione / Benefits Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) for European entities
Manage general ledger activities including accruals, provisions, inventory, and intercompany reconciliations
Compile Group Reporting Package and detailed HQ requests




Coordinate with local accounting counterparts and execute day‐to‐day legal entity activities
Maintain adequate processes and internal controls
Support stores with administrative queries and compliance matters
Collaborate with Europe Business Controllers on ad hoc analyses
Prepare supporting documentation for Group Sustainability Reporting
Responsabilità 3/4+ years of relevant experience
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good teamwork and excellent communication skills
MS Office proficiency; SAP experience is an advantage
Fluent in English
