As a Senior Accountant, you will be part of our Finance Accounting department and you will be responsible for the following tasks:Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports (Local and US GAAP)Perform account reconciliation; troubleshoot and analyze discrepanciesEnsure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), tax laws, and internal policies and proceduresAnalyze and verify internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents; make adjustments, as necessaryResponsible in preparing, adjusting and closing journal entriesAudit, review and verify accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various recordsCoordinate accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions (i.E., Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, etc.) and with external accounting service firmsCoordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure the Financial Statement and Tax return comply with local laws and requirementsBachelor’s Degree in Economics or related field3-4 years’ experience in audit and accountingThorough understanding of accounting principles, practices and proceduresStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCapacity to work on multiple projects and deadlinesCapability to communicate effectively with internal and external partiesFluency in Italian and EnglishVery good IT knowledge, in particular Excel; Oracle knowledge is a strong plusWhat We OfferHere’s a glimpse of the great benefits you can expect:Health Benefits:
