What you’ll do: - You will join the team of Cross Modules and Lottery Frontend and in particular in the business / management Digital Factory reporting directly to Cross Modules & Lottery Frontend Senior Manager;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them info valid technical solutions
- Design scalable software architectures, safe and with high performance, with particular regard to modularity and reusability
- Lead delivery activities, promoting best practice and modern technologies adoption
- Actively participate in the consideration and implementation of new solutions and technologies
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to their professional growth




- Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration and interoperability of proposed solutions. Who you are: - You have a degree in in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM);
- You have excellent knowledge of IT processes, architectural framework and patterns, microservices and cloud-native solutions, SDLC, with deep expertise of software development;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You are a great communicator, able to conduct proficient discussions with all stakeholders to identify commonly agreed solutions. You have persuasion skills and you are able to obtain support to design plans and ideas, combining credibility and leadership. You have an analytical and structured approach, problem solving oriented and able to work effectively in a team;
- You know how to manage complex IT projects, thanks to your project management experience, with an organized and goal oriented approach;
- You have expertise in secure code development. Preferrably, you also have: - Previous experience in a Scrum master role;
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design. General awareness of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), business process management, and software quality assurance practices. Equal Opportunity Location: Italy,
