We are looking forward to graduate students to join our **Corporate Social Responsibility** as an **Intern**, within the Human Resources Department based in **Rome**. The person, according to the guidelines provided by the team and in cooperation with other departments and external providers, will contribute to the following main activities: - Support on all CSR activities and projects (Environment, Social and Supply Chain).
- Support data collection process for the yearly reporting to LVMH.
- Support CSR certification programs.
- Support projects and programs related to Diversity & Inclusion management.
- Edit CSR content for intranet website and contribute to internal communications on social and environmental projects and initiatives.
- Support the training and engagement activities on CSR matters of Bulgari employees, in cooperation with the relevant HR counterparts.




- Stay current on business practices by performing benchmark analysis, research on government, non-government and public entities CSR platforms and agenda.
- Support the activities of knowledge sharing of the international network of CSR correspondents (community management, content circulation, organization of meetings).
- Follow the international laws related to CSR compliance and support the circulation of updates in the CSR network. Job responsibilities **Qualifications / Professional Capabilities**
- Master’s Degree
- Strong personal interest in CSR and in the elevation of people’s engagement on the topic
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (French would be a plus)
- Very good usage of digital communication
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
