Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Professional Education & Development, Specialist to join our ProfEd Team. The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities. This role will require 80% of travel across Italy. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners
- Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classroom and MF plan customers’ presentation
- Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure smooth copy clearance process for promotional and educational materials.
- Support the creation of contracts,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives.
- Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments. Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation. **Qualifications**:
n Bachelor Degree Optics-Optometrist n Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens n Fluent Italian, Intermediate English n Driving license B
