- The resource will be part of the IT HR department. This team supports the HR team from a technical point of view to manage and support the following topics: different HR tools in place, technological infrastructures, data security,



daily operations and implementation of new technological solutions to optimize business processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- IT HR Lead related to the Core HR system
- Functional analysis of new business requirements
- Analysis and test of new functionalities and reports
- Maintenance and monitoring of the global data model and objects
- User assistance **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / engineering / economics
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience within the IT HR world as Lead/Specialist in a Company or in a Consultancy firm
- Fluency in Italian and English
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Integration Center
- Data Migration
