Since the person will be primarily focused on the French market, an intermediate level of French is required.In particular, you will:Be responsible for the accuracy of the accounting records in compliance with deadlines and accounting principles; Ensure that thedata of suppliers are accurate, complete and updated; Ensure the accuracy of the accounts, managing the correction of any discrepancies; Book the invoices and other accounting events,
ensuring the correct charging of VAT and other indirect taxes; Process tax documents of the assigned perimeter in compliance with the defined deadlines; Supervise the allocation activities of accounting entries according to accrual principles; Support your manager in the preparation of detailed financial reports about your area of responsibility; Perform periodic checks aimed at verifying the ledgers and support in reconstructing the main accounts; Perform year-end accounting entries; What you will need to succeedHigh School qualification in Accounting or University Degree in Economics, Finance accounting or related; 2+ years working experience in Accounting; Proficient in accounting principles and bookkeeping; Good knowledge of administrative-accounting processes; Knowledge of VAT legislation; Excellent understanding of MS Office (Excel in particular); Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus); Fluent in Italian, English and French.We would love it if you hadA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceStrong problem-solving skills, detail-orientedWork EthicExercise independent judgement and decision-makingAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyTeam playerExperience working in a fast-paced environmentSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesRetail Health and Personal Care Products#J-18808-Ljbffr
